​How Do I Place An Order?

In order to buy an item, please click ‘Add to basket’ button or ‘Buy now’.

Adding an item to the basket, allows you to add some more or to review your order before placing it.

‘Buy now’ button will take you straight to the payment for which you could use a credit or debit card or a PayPal account.

Payment and Shipping

 

Items will be dispatched within 48 hours since the payment has arrived into my account.

Each item will come securely packed and, if there are many items in an order, they will be shipped in a single parcel.

I am shipping second class to UK and any other destination. There is no charge for second class post to UK destinations and there is a flat charge of £4.99 to international destinations (USA, Canada, Australia, EU, EEA).

Should your government charge tax for imports or small parcels, you will be responsible for custom charges. Please check with your local Custom Service before placing an order.

 

Should you like a faster shipment or special courier delivery, please let me know in advance and I will check for you how much would it cost and when you can expect the delivery for your items. I am just one email away.

The parcels are covered by the insurance offered by Royal Mail. Should you like to add extra insurance, or signed in postage, please let me know.

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

My shop is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by this shop adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

​​Returns & Refunds

 

Any item except for earrings and custom made jewellery can be returned within 15 days of receiving it.

Please ensure the item is unused and complete with all tags attached and in its original package. Returned jewellery must be unworn and not modified or altered. Removing the attached tags or wearing the jewellery is your acceptance of the item.

Please note that you will be liable for the return postage.

The refund of the paid price will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

How To Care For Your Beaded Jewellery

Beaded jewellery is fragile but, if you look after it, you could enjoy it for many years to come.

Please make sure you do not expose your jewellery to water, soap, shower gels, bleach, perfume or any other chemicals or to excessive heat or direct sun light for long period of times. 

Please store your jewellery in a box, away from heat sources or the windows where they could become over heated on a sunny day.

If your jewellery has silver elements that became tarnished, clean as much as possible only the silver element, trying not to apply the chemicals to the beads or gem stones.

To avoid hazards, never leave your jewellery in places accessible to children.
